My Joyful Life in the Local Church, Emily Ortiz

I did always loved the Lord, but I did not really knew Him, until my son had gone to Texas, and through a wonderful couple, He got saved, and when he came back to Miami so happy and excited, and told me that I also had to come to this wonderful church, so we both went to the Local Church in Miami in the Lords Recovery where I also received the Lord and got saved (and after me, my husband,) and by the ministry of Watchman Nee and Brother Witness Lee, I learned that I have a spirit to worship Him in spirit, that He is in mea and that He is my life (John 4:24, 14:20; 1 John 5:12). I depend on Him for everything as He is my life supply. I love Him a little more every day, and have a wonderful relationship with Him. How wonderful to Christ!

I can truly say that since I have been meeting in the local church my life has changed. Yes, I had my trials, but our Lord Jesus has given me the grace to overcome them.

I am so grateful to our Father that through my son, He brought me to the recovery at the local Church, and since then I am a new person. It is so wonderful to have such a large family to love, and be loved. Praise our Lord Jesus! Amen!
